The Oracle of Essex

This collection of images came from an idea forming in my mind around the thought of ‘The Essex’ and what is ‘The Essex’? I came to create a Goddess, a Goddess who represents everything that the Essex is, she is a warrior and protector of the Essex girl and the welcoming bosom of emotion of the Essex boy. Similar to the oracle of Delphi who told futures in the Temple of Apollo, I have captured the oracle of Essex.

Images taken on Mamiya C330 (6x6) with Protra 160 (colour) film

With printing experiments done on Cyanotype, acetate and ink transfer.
