These image comes from the history of Essex in relation to witches, Essex is home to the most trials and convictions of witchcraft, the title of this series comes from the year of the most trials and convictions in one day that being, the year 1645 and 36 trials and 19 convictions.

Taken on a modern digital camera this image uses no digital editing and only physical edits through a home inkjet printer and layering acetate.
